The heart of our catering program is our Whole Smoked Hog. We slow smoke the whole hog over hardwood coals and offer it as either pulled or chopped.
In either case you get a mixture of all the succulent parts of the hog in each bite.
We base our pricing on the # of people you plan to feed; the amount and types of meat you require.
